Wow! I’m at a loss for words.
On September 11, 2011, just six months after the launch of See.Touch.Learn.™ it was downloaded for the 100,000th time!
When I began designing See.Touch.Learn.™ almost a year ago, I was pretty confident that I was on to something. I started out with graph paper and colored markers and a general idea of what I wanted to build. (take a look at a few of the original drawings below) When I met with some special needs teachers and described my vision for See.Touch.Learn.™ and showed my designs to them, they were blown away and I knew that this app was really needed.
I’ve poured a lot of effort into Brain Parade in the past year, developing and enhancing the product, Tweeting, posting on Facebook, blogging, submitting to app review sites, running promotions, reaching out to customers and prospective users, answering questions and providing support, and watching See.Touch.Learn.™ continue to grow. In that time I’ve been amazed at the people that I’ve met and their passion for working with children and helping others.
Join me in celebrating the 100,000th download of See.Touch.Learn.
From September 15th through September 19th we are reducing the price of all libraries to $0.99 or $1.99 as a way of saying thank you.
So spread the word and start downloading libraries.
One reason that I started Brain Parade is that I wanted to do something that I enjoyed and I wanted to close my eyes at night and feel like I made a difference. Tonight I’ll go to sleep with a big smile on my face.
