Yesterday I received a GOLD level Award from The Connecticut Quality Innovations Award Partnership in recognition of the creation of See.Touch.Learn.®. CQIA has been recognizing companies in Connecticut for Quality and Innovation for the past 25 years. CQIA utilizes the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for Performance Excellence criteria in an effort to advance innovative programs that improve quality performance and marketplace competitiveness. I was honored to accept this award at the CQIA 25th Anniversary Award Ceremony In Portland, CT Yesterday.
